We want you to love your Merry People boots, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different color, our goal is to ensure your feet stay dry and stylish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your boots back in their original shoebox and ensure they are clean and unworn before securing them in a mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
